Does The Site Use Cookies?

Yes. In order to identify you and your shopping cart, we drop a cookie as you move through our online store. Product Return Policy

PromoCorp items may be returned, in new condition, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or shipment date. Refunds will not be granted beyond 30 days from the original shipment date.

Please include the purchase date, the item(s) ordered, the recipient's contact information and detail the reasons for the return. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Original shipping & handling charges as well as any rush charges are non-refundable.

For credit card payments, a credit will be issued to your account if the merchandise is received by the 30 day refund deadline. Please allow two billing cycles from the date PromoCorp receives the returned merchandise for credit to appear on your account statement.
