The recently shot footage features two schools, an elementary and middle, who have successfully used the Expanding Breakfast model and now serve universal breakfast in the classroom to all of their children. Highlights include school cafeteria staff preparing and delivering breakfast in the classroom. Attention is paid to the actual operation plan or the “nuts and bolts” of the programs.
